    Backroads & bayou trail run       three trail run series with sportspectrum

The fourth annual Back Roads & Bayous Trail Run and Day in the Country  is being held at Lynn Farms 11580 Highway 3049, Gilliam, LA, March 24, 2018.  Funds raised will support two local non-profits

One Great River and The Renzi Education & Art Center

On Race Day

  • Participants will enjoy a scenic, twisting trail run  in the country with a 10 mile, 3 mile run, or a 1 mile fun run
  • Food and fun for the whole family - art, games, activities and more. 
  • Opening practice and post-race recovery with our title sponsor Breathe Yoga.

"Friend of the Foundation", Jeff Hollenbaugh has branded a blend that was one of Ross' favorites.  We are selling this special blend, called Backroads and Bayou, online with the profits of these sales benefitting the Foundation as part of our FriendsGiving program.

wilderness experience 2018

The Health Trekker Challenge for youth is an opportunity for high school students to learn about life-long, healthy living and to adopt an outdoor life sport, such as mountain biking, kayaking and rock climbing.

Students culminate the program with an outdoor trip providing a once in a lifetime wilderness experience with their peers, learning from skilled adult mentors.

"Crossing Caddo" (At Jeems Bayou) art prints for sale

"Crossing Caddo" (At Jeems Bayou) by noted North Louisiana Artist Jim Huckabay art prints are now for sale. 

The painting depicts members of a Native American family (Later to be known as the "Caddo") traversing the waters of a huge, naturally occurring lake (also to be named "Caddo.")

Giclee prints available in 3 sizes. Limited number available! Local pick up available in Ruston and Shreveport.

Each print will be titled, signed, and numbered by the artist.
