Hillbillie by Morgan McCullin

This exhibition is the culmination of Morgan McCullin’s work from the 2025 RLCF Residency Hillbillie is a testament to McCullin’s lived experience of growing up in poverty-stricken North Louisiana. Works in this show examine the contrast between the reality of social injustice and the fantastical elements of folk tales, Greek myth, and other stories from McCullin’s childhood.
4-H Discovery Day
This past July the RLCF was proud to partner with Lincoln Parish 4-H for a fun-filled Day Camp at the Gilbert Center, where local youth spent the day exploring creativity, nature, and community. Shreveport Youth Trek in Yosemite National Park
The Ross Lynn Foundation partnered with Shreveport’s Community Renewal to take a group of local youth to Yosemite National Park for an unforgettable outdoor adventure.
