An Overview

Who among us now is writing to probe and illumine the ebb and flow of this pilgrimage called life? Who is tilling the soil of the spiritual journey in ways that both bless and challenge today’s readers? Who among us hears a call to articulate with clarity and resonance the hungers of 21st century hearts, minds, and souls?

If you can answer “Here I am” to any of these questions, consider applying for this workshop, offered by the Ross Lynn Charitable Foundation and our partners The ART HIVE and the Peregrine Book Company. Stretching over five days, the workshop will feature in person teaching sessions with noted writer Robert Benson, daily times for the participants’ own writing practice, and group sessions for reading and responding to each others’ work. The workshop will begin with a reading by Robert that is open to the public on Monday night. This will be a great opportunity to visit with the other participants and get to know a little more about your home for the next week - Prescott, AZ. Starting Tuesday morning, a rhythm of teachings from Robert in the morning, self-guided writing and fellowship in the afternoons, and dinner + group readings in the evenings will occur through Friday.
