Terms and Conditions
Ticket Price: The purchase price of a single raffle ticket is $50.00 USD each. A “purchase” shall not occur and be binding with the Ross Lynn Charitable Foundation until funds received have cleared. Tickets may be purchased online at rosslynnfoundation.org/raffle. Ticket purchases are not tax-deductible.
Each raffle ticket purchased shall constitute an “entry” into the raffle, and the person to whom the raffle ticket is registered shall be the “Entrant.” It is the sole responsibility of the Entrant to allocate a winning prize to other participants in case of a multiple entry registration, and the winning Entrant shall hold harmless the Ross Lynn Charitable Foundation in case of conflicting claims or disputes among multiple claimants.
Quantity of Tickets: There is a maximum number of 250 tickets offered for sale. No more than 250 tickets per drawing will be sold. However, there are no restrictions (up to the allotted 250 tickets) on the amount of tickets a participant may purchase.
Eligibility: Purchasers of raffle tickets must be legal residents of the United States and 18 years of age or older on, or before, September 14, 2023. The winning entrant of the raffle will be required to sign and submit a use contract and supply a credit card on file before the prize is tendered. Winner will be solely responsible for any and all damages caused during their stay. Employees and officers of the Ross Lynn Charitable Foundation (the “Sponsor”) are not eligible to participate in the raffle. The raffle is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws, and regulations. Void where prohibited.
Raffle Period: Tickets will be available for purchase online, beginning July 26, 2023, and ending on September 14, 2023. All online entries must be received by September 14, 2023, at 5:00 pm CT.
Entries/Raffle Tickets: Participants may purchase tickets online at rosslynnfoundation.org/raffle. Each raffle ticket purchased shall constitute an “entry” into the raffle, and the person to whom the raffle ticket is registered shall be the “Entrant.” Tickets will be electronically recorded for Internet purchasers upon order. Raffle ticket numbers will be automatically assigned in order of date purchased. Raffle tickets are non-refundable; all ticket sales are final. Each Entrant must provide a valid email, mailing address, and phone number to be considered.
Entries that are not complete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Ross Lynn Charitable Foundation. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of Ross Lynn Charitable Foundation.
Odds: The odds of winning is equal for each entry.
Drawing: The raffle drawing will take place on September 15, 2023, at 3:00 PM CT at the office of the Ross Lynn Charitable Foundation (301 N Trenton, Suite 1) Tickets will be available for purchase until September 14, 2023, at 5:00 PM CT. The winner will be notified within 7 business days. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to provide a valid, deliverable mailing address, phone number, and email address for notification.
Winner: One winner shall be chosen from the pool of entrants
Notification of Winner: Winner need not be present to win. Winner will be notified by email/phone of requisite procedures to claim prize. Winning entrants will have up to three (3) days of draw date to finalize the process. Winner names will be posted online at rosslynnfoundation.org and on RLCF social media channels within 3 calendar days of drawing. Winning entrant’s names and locations by city or town and photo may be printed in select media. Three (3) attempts will be made to contact the winning entrant at the contact information provided by the entry purchaser. If selected winning entrants are unable to be contacted or located after a period of five (3) days from the draw date, another winner will be chosen at the discretion of the Ross Lynn Charitable Foundation.
The receipt by the winner of the prize offered in this raffle is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal and state laws and regulations.
Any violation of these official rules by any winner (at sponsor's sole discretion) will result in such winner's disqualification as winner of the raffle and all privileges as winner will be immediately terminated.

Requirement of Prize Package: The winner of the prize package will be required to sign a use contract agreeing to the rules and regulations of the vacation lodging, submit a credit card on file for use in the event of damages to the property, and have no more than 3 guests. Further details will be laid out on acceptance of prize. Winner is required to provide transportation to and from Arizona. Travel costs are not provided in the prize.
Rights Granted by you: By entering this contest, you understand that the Ross Lynn Charitable Foundation, anyone acting on behalf of the Ross Lynn Charitable Foundation, or its respective licensees & successors will have the right, where permitted by law, without any further notice, review or consent to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter in perpetuity and throughout the World, your entry, including, without limitation, the entry and winner's name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image or statements about the raffle, and biographical information as news, publicity or information and for trade, advertising, public relations and promotional purposes without any further compensation.
Terms: The Ross Lynn Charitable Foundation reserves the right, in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the raffle should (in its sole discretion) a virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the raffle. In such case, the Ross Lynn Charitable Foundation may select the recipients from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by the Ross Lynn Charitable Foundation. The Ross Lynn Charitable Foundation reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the raffle or website or violates these Terms & Conditions.
The Ross Lynn Charitable Foundation has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the raffle, to void votes for any reason, including, but not limited to; multiple entries from the same user from different IP addresses; multiple entries from the same computer in excess of that allowed by raffle rules; or the use of bots, macros or scripts or other technical means for entering.
Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the raffle may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, the Ross Lynn Charitable Foundation reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability: By entering you agree to release and hold harmless the Ross Lynn Charitable Foundation and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (i) such entrant's participation in the raffle and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof, (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any computer, cable, network, hardware or software; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions or telephone or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (v) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries.
Disputes: This raffle is governed by the laws of United States of America and Louisiana, without respect to conflict of law. As a condition of participating in this raffle, the participant agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this raffle shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Louisiana having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will the participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorneys' fees, other than participant's actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering this raffle), and participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
Privacy Policy: Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy of the Ross Lynn Charitable Foundation.
Sponsor: The Sponsor of the raffle is the Ross Lynn Charitable Foundation, PO Box 905 Ruston, LA 71270, United States of America.
Agreement to Rules: By participating, you agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of the Ross Lynn Charitable Foundation, as final and binding as it relates to the content. The raffle is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
The prize may not be transferred without the consent of the Ross Lynn Charitable Foundation.
License: #G0004219 — Pursuant to the provisions of Louisiana Revised Statute 4:701 Et. Seq., and having met the requirements exempting them from normal licensing procedures, this exemption is hereby granted to the Ross Lynn Charitable Foundation.
