Arts Interchange is starting!

This week we saw the start of the North Louisiana Arts Interchange! Eight artist from North Louisiana and surrounding regions have begun a multi-month long experience where they will experiment with and explore collaborating online across mediums, concepts, and processes. Starting next week, we will share about each artist and give updates on their progress as they work towards an exhibition in Ruston during September of this year!

The artists accepted into the North Louisiana Arts Interchange are Jessica Bowers, Keldrick Dunn, Kendall Durr, Inique Harris, Derrick Helphenstine, Eric Hess, Whitney Tates, Chris Wicker. The NLAI is supported by a grant from the Louisiana Division of the Arts, Office of Cultural Development, Department of Culture, Recreation and Tourism, in cooperation with the Louisiana State Arts Council, as administered by the Shreveport Regional Arts Council. Funding has also been provided by the National Endowment for the Arts.
