A Distant Beauty Book Launched in Downtown Shreveport

We would like to extend a huge thank you to everyone who joined us in celebrating the release of A Distant Beauty at the beginning of August!

It was a great evening where we were able to celebrate Ross with family and friends, both new and old.

We owe many thanks to those who made this evening a possibility — to the Andress Artist and Entrepreneur Center for the use of their beautiful space in downtown Shreveport, to Blake Jackson for the delicious spread, to Andrew Powers, Leon Brown, and Michael Palmer for their jazz accompaniment all evening, and to Robert Benson for his guidance in producing the book and traveling to be with us during the release.

There are so many reasons for us to be grateful. To our board members, advocates, and volunteers — your support has meant the world to us. We look forward to many continued years of Growing Lives that Give Back!
