“I was born and raised in Mexico where I unknowingly started my culinary career; coming from a family of great cooks and by eating some of the delicacies that exist around Mexico. We moved to the States when I was 17. I started culinary school at BPCC in 2010, then Le Cordon Bleu in Austin, Texas in 2011. Now my family and I own Ki Mexico where I enjoy cooking for all our customers and friends.
