Taken in Nepal 2007
Ross traveled to Nepal many times with the Alex Lowe Charitable foundation to Phortse where they worked and lived among the villagers teaching the annual classes of the Khumbu Climbing School.*
Each trip to Nepal for Ross was a continuation of his own pilgrimage. Here he has captured a fellow pilgrim sharing a common journey guarded by towering sentinels of ancient Temples. Ross was moved by the ritual and symbolism of the culture of the Napelese people and how even the landscape embodied their credo.
